accessing medical records

Just wanted to report a positive experience of looking at my medical

records. I had to write to the practice manager, then they rang me to

arrange an appointment, had all the records ready for me to look at,

and offered to print out anything I wanted to take away with me (I

took the lot!). They were very civil throughout, no difficult vibes!

The only challenge was that it was rather upsetting going through the

detail of how ill I've been feeling for how long, but that's a

different thing!
