I find that when I over exercise, I seem to get more cramping in my feet and calves and my feet seem to be " on fire " more. I also seem to need to sleep more at that time than usual. When my day is particularly stressful at work, I find it difficult to exercise and I am really fatigued. I think that stress literally takes " a lot out of you " and I find it difficult to get it back. Meditation really helps at these times, or, if possible, to find a really quiet spot and do nothing but listen to the silence. Sharon Do you want to know more about CMT?
