Guest guest
Dear and all, A customer contacted me regarding his recent blood test showing a TSH of 6.8 that his doc wans to "see him about" (red flag!! red flag!!). I am very familiar with the basics but I confess I do not know much about TSH. From the little I have read it looks to me like if I have a high TSH I would need to take (or absorb) MORE Iodine so the thyroid has something to work with in responding to the directions from the pituitary. I did not ask him how much Iodoral he is taking. And I am quite sure he does not have an iodine-savvy doctor. Can you please shed some light on this for me and direct me to where to find CORRECT information? I also plan to call Dr. Flechas. Regards, =^..^= The world is mad. But that shall not stop me from trying to make it a better place, and myself a better person, with every breath.Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
