You want to be tested for Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAB) and Thyroid

Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOAb).

There is a TBII, a

Those test results look pretty decent, Your T3 is at 68% of range. Of

course, if you have antibodies, the T3 could be getting destroyed before it

gets to your cells. If you don't have antibodies, but do have low adrenals,

it's possible the hormone is staying in your blood and not getting taken up

by your cells. Or something else is going on.

You also want to make sure you're not anemic. A serum ferritin test would

be a good indicator of that.
