You want to be tested for Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAB) and Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOAb). Of course, if you have antibodies, the T3 could be getting destroyed before it gets to your cells. If you don't have antibodies, but do have low adrenals, it's possible the hormone is staying in your blood and not getting taken up by your cells. Or something else is going on.
