Where are the band rules?

Where are these things written?

Is there a meal plan written out?

The band " rules " are pretty simple. Protein first, take small bites, chew

VERY well (20 chews per bite), no drinking with meals, avoid soft foods

unless it is right after a fill. Sandy has posted the long version in the

database for this group. There really isn't a meal plan other than

sticking to 1200-1500 calories per day (also see Sandy's same post).

Sometimes being a loser is a GOOD thing!
