Guest guest
Where are the band rules? Where are these things written? Is there a meal plan written out? --- Sandy <MoonshadowRN@...> wrote: > Way to go!! > We all learn more every day - I sure still do! > Sandy r > > > > > > > Hi folks! I just wanted to share my JOY! Guest guest
The band " rules " are pretty simple. Protein first, take small bites, chew VERY well (20 chews per bite), no drinking with meals, avoid soft foods unless it is right after a fill. Sandy has posted the long version in the database for this group. There really isn't a meal plan other than sticking to 1200-1500 calories per day (also see Sandy's same post).
