Guest guest
Hi Ken and everyone, I have really been enjoying this list and learning so much. I am about to embark on my first official flush and want to do the apple juice for a few days. But what about all that sugar from the juice? Couldn't this be bad for your system? Thanks for the input! >1) Monday through Saturday drink as much organic apple juice as >possible. Regular meals are ok... but you are not very hungry. I try >to drink 1 1/2 quarts a day. Guest guest
It doesn't seem to practical on the face of it all when considering one may have troubles with candida albicans, but the end result is much better for the battle, and will work in the long run. Consider going to a doctor with a flu and his finding out you've got a bad heart. Which is the greatest concern at the moment? The flu is, so he works at that, and still considers the heart in the mean time. Guest guest
hi ken, according to your procedure, does it matter what time you go to bed. I will be flushing tonight and I think I will do the epsoms at 5 and 7 instead of 6 and 8. Hulda says the timing is so critical and to retire at 10. i think if the epsoms were taken a little earlier and had time to clean out more I would be able to stay in bed instead of visiting the restroom. thanks. laura ----- Original Message ----- From: <Kalexan328@...> <gallstonesegroups> Sent: Wednesday, October 04, 2000 1:39 PM Subject: Re: I'm new here, have questions... > Hi Jynene: > > WElcome to the group...
