The Vagus nerve and Band/etc.

Interesting study you sent out Sandy. I'd heard of a vagus nerve but

don't know much about it. I did a little googling last night and I

saw where there are studies going on. Is the vagus nerve just one

nerve that does something that kills the appetite and are there other

nerves along that path? I wonder if people could forgo the band and

just get the nerve cut? Wonder what side effects and long term

implications are too. I'd love to keep updated on any info.

I need a fill and see the doc in a couple of weeks. I can eat

anything in the mornings now, craving carbs and of course not loosing

anything. Add the fact I'm being overcome with stiffness in my whole

body with the weather change and it's hard to move or walk some

days. Doc has put me on percocet and a couple of weeks ago my hubby

just blew his L5 disc and now a lot more responsibility is on my

plate. God it sucks gettin old...my mind is still young but body has

aged.
