Guest guest
I am 53 years old, diabetic for 20 years, and just recently was told I had Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. It has affected my left foot. I found through a webpage link and I have also included it on my own personal web page as a link. CMT is particularly ironic in my case because I am a church organist. Playing the organ is the single greatest talent that was given me, and I am wondering why this disease may possibly limit or prevent me from it. I still play. I can get my special organ shoes on and play the pedals, but I don't know for how much longer. Is anyone else an organist with this disease? I hope others will gain some benefit from my participation in this group.
