Guest guest
I swell and get tired in the heat. I love the summer evenings tho.
Guest guest
High humidity definitely bothers me, too. Luckily, there isn't too much of that in San Diego! Karon

A good massage helps, so does a nap as preventive medicine. Hate to complain though, will be winter soon and COLD!! Guest guest
I don't know about the humidity, but I do very well in the heat no cramps, no cold legs, seems that I walk better when it's dry heat. We lived in Yuma for a year about 10 years ago. It was so good for me that is where we are retiring to in 2 years. Not necessary Yuma but somewhere that is hot and dry in the summer and warm in the winter. That's from a Southern Calif. girl for all my life. Guest guest
That's true also for me: I do well in warm and dry places and am very disabled and painful in humid and cold ones. I live in Italy and the climate is good for me only 2 months a year. Ciao.
