By Irvine Last Updated: 3:28PM BST 31 Jul 2008 Holmes, 48, was left red faced as Holmes from Cheshire jumped out of her seat and headed towards the presenter for a hug. She was invited on the show to talk about being diagnosed with hypothyroidism after suffering symptoms for 23 years. Thinking the cameras were off, rushed over to Holmes and threw her arms around him, exclaiming "I really want to sit on your knee!" Eamonn's partner Ruth Langsford and Dr Steele looked on bemused at the flirty display. Ruth quipped that 's medication "obviously does something for your sex drive as well!" An increasingly flushed Holmes cried: "I've got a hernia now," before informing they were still on air. realised her mistake and apologised while blushing and covering her mouth in shock. Eamonn replied however: "Don't worry about it, I love it - it was brilliant", before partner Ruth added it was the "best thrill he's had all week!" Eamonn added: "You couldn't make it up could you? Do you like that programme TV's Naughtiest Blunders?" replied: "I've not seen it actually." He laughed: "Well you will soon, believe me, you'll be on it quite a lot from now on! No wonder the doctors couldn't diagnose you!"
