Guest guest Posted January 20, 2008 Report Share Posted January 20, 2008 Hey group! I'm a year out from my lap band. I'm down 110lbs from 330. I'm at 220, but I still have 25 pounds to go. I've hit a 5-month plateau. What's worse - I've started to eat some bad things again. i.e. Ice Cream! Everyday I tell myseld not to eat it, but that day or the next, there I am with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I did REALLY well for several months... but I feel like I'm screwing everything up. HELP!
