Guest guest
Sharon, Yes, our for CMT Awareness Ribbon campaign started last July and continued through the year. This July we are trying something a bit different, wearing the ribbons on July 26, which also coincides with the Americans With Disabilities Act. If you'd like a ribbon, please email me privately (address above) after July 10. Ribbons are sent 'snail mail' so when you email me, please enclose your address. There is also a file on Ribbon Awareness in our 'files' section that will fill you in on more. I have burning feet too, evenings, and when I can put those gel/freezer packs on them, feels great. And oddly my feet seem to relax with the cold! For your son - maybe a pediatric neurologist, or going to an MDA clinic for a checkup. You can find an MDA clinic near you through their site, at http://www.mdausa.org Dystrophy and atropy are different, but the MDA does help children and adults with their CMT needs. Also Shriner's helps CMT children with CMT. I will look forward to your email/ribbon request. ~Gretchen
