adrenal meltdown

Hi ,

I asked Val on the adrenal list what the

symptoms of adrenal meltdown were. She wrote back saying, “extreme

exhaustion, shakes, nausea, if you are throwing up head to a hospital”. I

wrote back and explained what had happened to me. She then said it

probably wasn’t an adrenal meltdown because I had high blood pressure, I

should have had low blood pressure. She said it sounded like I could have

had a panic attack. I’ve never had one of those in my life so I don’t

know what one feels like, but I really don’t think that was my problem.

I’m really confused now. I did

have the other symptoms she described so I don’t know what to

think. What are your thoughts or anyone else on the list, I’d sure

appreciate your ideas or suggestions.
