Guest guest
I had that same test a few years ago and it determined I had Sleep Apnea. It was recommended that I get a C-Pap Machine for sleeping. I didn't like the idea but when I looked at the tests (comparing sleep without the machine & with it) there was a dramatic difference so I decided to try it. At first I detested the machine and its assembly with tiny " pillows " in my nose. Often I'd wake up in the middle of the night and angrily throw the aparatus to the floor and resume sleep without it. But I found sleep without the machine's left me tied starting a day and I'd frequently doze off through the day. After getting used to the C-Pap I now wouldn't be without it. I find I'm more rested and alert with a complete night's sleep plus it gives my heart a rest decreasing the chance of a heart attack. I take it even when I travel overnight. Its ugly looking but it beats the alternatives.
