Where can i complain about the stupid behaviour of Eamonn holmes I

thought at times looked lost and did not know what to do.

Anyway I would like to complain.

How did you get the email of Dr C Steele I really would like to write

to him as well.

Bye the way so far on armour have lost 16lbs and still eating the same

as before, wish I could tell that rude dr who asked me if i knew about

calorie controlled diets now, i am eating whatever I want and feel

hungry at times which I did not feel for years, its so strange.
