Guest guest
You might just check with your specific doctor for your daughter. Our pediatrician is very aware of the CMT I have, and how I feel about diagnosing/insurance problems for the kids. One of my daughters has knee problems (not CMT) the other one has asthma and because of my request to not have them tested for CMT our pediatrician will write them either an excuse for PE, or ask for limited class periods depending on what type of activity they are being required to do. PE Instructors can get in to " hot water " with physical limitations issues! Jane Why are we so positive? Because at we know that 'positive' means: People (with CMT) Outsmarting Stress in Togetherness (and) in Victory Experientially. is Charcot Marie Tooth Universal Services - for you, your loved ones, the medical and scientific community, and anyone who wants to learn how CMT/HMSN affects each of us through experiential sharing.
