Hi Sheila,

My BP is currently around the 195/95 mark when not resting.

I’m taking 500mcg niacin and 200mg

coQ10 Though the coQ10 was only as that level for the 3 days of the test, I clicked

on the wrong button and got 30mg coQ10 this time, DUH, though future

bottles will be at the higher rate of 200mg so I suppose it will take a while

for it to take effect. I will stick with it as I really don’t want to put

myself at risk or take pills that will make me feel ill- I’ve had enough

for feeling ill when I was on T4!!

Fortunately my cholesterol was just

within acceptable range so at least I won’t have to deal with statins.

Before he started CoenzymeQ10 and

Vit.B3, and the reason wsas put on Statins is that his BP went up to 180

over 95 and hovered around that mark. It is now down to 154 over 80.

What dose are you taking ,

because, to get BP and cholesterol down, you do need large doses of both, not a

maintenance dose..

Luv - Sheila
