I was showing one of my CMT friends how I write - with calligraphy

pens, and she noticed how leglible the writing was, as I just

showed her my journal pages. As it turns out, it seems I write

in a combination of cursive as well as printing. Don't know if

that is a result of doing calligraphy for so long or not.

Does anyone else handwrite in both cursive and printing, and

which do you prefer? I do prefer my printed calligraphy, since

it looks nice and is readable. But mostly I type things - it

seems I think fast and need to get the ideas out fast; the

handwriting is in the journal, or in my design work. I don't

write checks because I pay bills on line. It seems not much

needs to be handwritten anymore - except signatures.
