Hi,

Looking for some advice and reassurance.

I had a bad low blood sugar episode early this morning about 4am.

Even after I ate, had some juice I was still feeling quite

aggressive. Finally took a little propranolol, but I stil did not get

back to sleep. I did however have a very intense stressful day

yesterday. Some weeks back, before I started on Armour I had a few

such episodes a few resulting in migraines, also after intensely

stressful days.

I did the adrenal questionaire, I think there is only moderate

adrenal fatigue in me. I have done my saliva test and was hoping the

results would be in today but they have told me, maybe the end of

next week. It would have given me a bit more info to go on.

I am wondering should I try some adrenal support, bearing in mind, my

digestion is quite poor.

test results that I do have:

TSH 2.27 ( two weeks earlier had been 1.51) ref: .35- 5

Free T4 13.7 ( two weeks earlier had been 14.2)ref: 11 - 23

Free T3 3.8 ref: 3.9-6.8

RT3 .36 ref .14-.54

cholesterol: 6.31

Usually my temperature is about 36, sometimes 36.4

My pulse had been between 65- 76

my BP steady, around 110/80

I have been taking 1/4 grain of Armour for one week. This is week

two, two 1/4 grains a day. I have been feeling remarkably perky since

starting the Armour. I hope that the low blood sugar, the aggression

and the inability to get back to sleep is not due to too much Armour?

Wannette
