Exactly! You are very correct re: Celtic Sea Salt: " to

be " live " " active " and beneficial it NEEDS to be moist. "

Also, I, myself, do not grind my Celtic Sea Salt...but, hubby does,

altho he is getting closer to not grinding it...but, an easy way to

grind it is to use a ceramic mortar and pestle...
