Guest guest
Hello all. I have read with interest some of the suggestions for getting " moist " sea salt through a grinder. For those of us that feel compelled to " dry " it I suggest this site may help in understanding that to be " live " " active " and beneficial it NEEDS to be moist. http://www.mnwelldir.org/docs/nutritionsalt.htm It is tied to the action of the magnesium which must be in a moist environment. If your salt is dry the component that delivers all the benefits of even taking it is not active. Remember it was born in a moist environment the amount of each component is there because of the clays and microorganisms and the depth of the water etc. Hope this helps cat
