Guest guest
Hello everyone. This is the first time I have posted so I hope I am doing correctly. I have very low cortisol and DHEA levels and yesterday I went to endo again. I asked for prescription for cortisol as I obviously had adrenal fatigue (never heard of this condition) and no it would be unethical to prescribe steroids as this would completely suppress adrenals. I tried to explain that this was not the case in very low physiological dosage for a relatively short period of time and had been successful. Never heard of it and would not consider this treatment until I had 's. Can anyone tell me if they use/have used steroids to support adrenals, please, as am writing to endo and GP and would like to say I have first hand knowledge of this treatment being used successfully. Thanks. E
