Hi Lyn I never have constipation unless I am away and out of the following routine. It is a smoothy in the morning. I have one of those clever little Magic bullets that are advertised on infocommercials. I grind up 2 tblspoons of linseed, sunflower, pumpkin seeds in the cup of it first. Then I add a million things but a good teaspn vit c powder, half teaspn magnesium, a kiwi fruit, blue berries, half a banana, juice of some kind, cherry juice, akai juice, coconut oil, mineral powder, glutamine powder, a good all in one whey powder with a lot of things in it and I have it with a handful of supplements. I also have several pieces of fruit and a good salad daily. With all of this I go to the toilet at least 10 times a day.Maybe you could try. I've had no cramps, heavy bleeding, PMS, chocolate cravings orbest of all sore fibrocystic breasts. Each day is exactly the same asthe next...really am pleased right now at the way this is going.I've tried this amount of iodoral before but the constipation stoppedme after about 3-4 weeks and I reverted back to lugols. On the visitto Flechas with my mom (you can find my notes by doing a search on lyn122)he said he much prefers iodoral as it gets in

better. Don't completelyunderstand why but I thought I would try it again. It appears to bemostly working. I also have good skin again, lots more energy andsleep is great. So what's the downside....horrible constipation is back. If I do theamount of magnesium Flechas said I'm getting extremely loose stools. Ialso have to add a mild natural laxative to really get any action. Icannot seem to find a happy medium no matter what I do. So for now I decided I'll just live with it to see what the resultsare of being loaded with iodine. I'm also wondering if prehaps Mag.has a loading level and the bowels being the last to recieve it arejust going to need to wait it out. I recall a few people sayign thatthier bowels just seem to return to normal after awhile on iodoral. So that's all I have to report now...just great news on a trulyhorrible fibrocystic breast problem totally gone. At least this

period.Lynn
