5000/175=28.5 doses, approximately. If you want .5ml per dose, you need to add a total of 14.52ml of bac water to get the proper concentration.

I need to add bac water? Wouldn't I need to reduce the water if I

want a smaller amount in each injection? I don't quite understand I

guess.

Are you saying that your hCG powder is already mixed with a liquid? I thought you wanted to know what to do with a 5000 IU ampoule of freeze-dried hCG to prepare it for 175 IU doses of .5 ml volume. That is what I calculated for you.

I'm sorry, I didn't explain properly. I have an order of 5000iu

ampules coming from drugdelivery, powdered. I would like to

inject .5 instead of 1 cc, so I need to mix it with the bac water in

the proper amounts to get the 175iu per .5 cc injection. Does that

make sense?

Ummm... well, that's what I gave you, the proper amount of bac water to use, 14.25ml. The calculations are below:

5000 IU divided by 175 IU = 28. 5 doses, approximately. If you want .5ml volume per dose, you need to add a total of 14.25ml of bac water to get the proper concentration. Then use 1/2 (or .5) ml per dose.

Thank you. For some reason I was thinking that since the dose was

smaller that the bac water you added would be smaller. My math isn't

was it used to be, and since I'm not sure of the math this helps.

Easy, in the file section there are instructions for

mixing the hCG. All you need to do to inject .5

instead of 1 is cut the bac water in half for your

desired dosage. I inject .5 every day and am losing

2.5 - 1.5 pounds per day thus far.

Thank you, its all so clear now, I'm just a little slow sometimes.

After reading your response I was like, well that was something I

should have known. Oh well, that's what you guys are for, to help

clarify :oD and you do it so well. Thanks! The smaller amount will

be eaiser for me. Heading into round 2 of this, down about 23lbs

last time, I hope I do at least as well this time. Although I have

the hang of it this time around and that might help the reduction go

smoother and quicker. )
