Mixing smaller injection amounts

Can anyone tell me the formula, or work out the formula for me, to mix

the 5000IU ampule into 175iu injections of .5 ml/cc instead of 1

ml/cc? I have 1 cc syringes and can easily measure off .5 cc. It would

be easier for me to inject a smaller amount of liquid.
