Guest guest
If these stats are right then either something is wrong with your protocol, your HCG is bad, or you don't have any more abnormal fat to lose, etc. Many people *think* they are following the protocol, but when they post their foods, etc they find they might not be after all. 7 pounds in 3.5 weeks is not normal at all. Please post a couple days worth of your menus, amounts, etc. Also, are you taking RX HCG or homeopathic HHCG drops? Terri Randall Creature Comforts Sheridan, WY. www.GotPaws.net APS List Owner Plateau on HCG phase 2 I am 50 years old, in menopause and am on the HCG protocol phase 2 now for 3.5 weeks. I've only lost 7 pounds. I weight 129.5 and have been at 129.5 for 2 weeks. I've tried the apple day and saw no improvement. Any help? I only have 5 more pounds to go...but it's agonizing to be following the diet rigorously and not lose any weight. ------------------------------------
Guest guest
Meant to add.... while YOU may think you've got 5 more pounds to go, your body may not agree. sounds like whether you like it or not, you may be at your goal weight as far as your body is concerned. Guest guest
with a bmi of 21.5 i think your body is ready to stop, i truly wouldn't want mine down that low, maybe at 20yrs old i would be ok with it, at 50 if you get down too far you are going to put yourself a higher risk of osteoporosis which is not a pretty place to be, i work around people with it in their later years, also think of maintaining your wt down the road, 21.5 is not even near overwt, its time to listen to your body, your gonna eat up your healthy fat that you need and end up hurting yourself.
