This might sound weird and but everytime that I excerise, the next morning I gain between 0.5-1lb and I don't understand why. The type of excerise that I do is so light, I go on the treadmill at a speed of 2.9 with no incline for about 45min and do light strecthes and I gain weight the next day. I am currently eating a 1700 cal a day and when I excerise I do add in another 200 cal in form of protein only. The days that I do not excerise and eat my regular cal of 1700, the next day I lose back the weight that I gain...WEIRD. I am not cheating but I am noticing a tread and it happens all the time, why is that? I am currently in P3 stage and under my LIW by 0.5lbs and able to manage that for a week and a half until I excerise then lose it back when I don't excerise. Should I be eating more calories to hold the weight? Should I not excerise? Should I wait until P4? Any suggestions or your experience will be great!
