Guest guest
I've lost 15 pounds in R2 (30 total) and am a week into p3. Last time I had no problem in maintenance, but this time is much different. I keep gaining. I did a steak day 2 days ago, but am up 2.5 pounds today again - not sure what I'm doing wrong. What I ate... bacon and fried eggs for breakfast italian sausage for lunch snacks - 1 plum, string cheese, celery with aloute spinach and artichoke spread, coffee with half and half dinner - turkey burger, 2 small grilled artichokes I also went for an hour walk. Please help!
Guest guest
I forgot to include - I also ate a greek yogurt with stevia. Maybe too much dairy? > > I've lost 15 pounds in R2 (30 total) and am a week into p3. Last time I had no problem in maintenance, but this time is much different. I keep gaining. Guest guest
Cut down your sodium and drink more water...sausage always gets me. Try fish or chicken instead.. Or bison... Eat red meat for lunch and not dinner. Sent from my iPadOn Oct 10, 2011, at 10:41 AM, "foodie_33" <marlasimon@...> wrote: I've lost 15 pounds in R2 (30 total) and am a week into p3. Guest guest
I agree that salt might be a problem....so you might not have been gaining weight back, just retaining water. Also, be very cautious with cheese on P3!
