I too have had issues...this last year a knee injury and surgery and packed on the weight. I finally had an aha moment when nothing fit anymore. I looked at myself and thought...you are fat. I didn't feel beautiful anymore. I went hard core and it has been so beneficial. You can do it. I have list 41 pounds on the 43 day cycle. I have never been able to lose mote than ten. Good luck!!

Hi I was just curious what brand of HCG you used because my husband and I are about to finish Phase 2 Round 1 of 46 days of shots w/our doctor but it was very expensive…..we have done well I’m down 28 and he has lost over 30 but there have been a few cheats so we are happy w/our loss but are thinking of doing a second short round but wanted to try the sublingual method…..any suggestions for good HCG since there are a lot of hoaxes and it probably is best to use the doctor but this first round cost us $1700!!! Holy Cow, that was expensive! I too do injections, and my doctor calls the prescription in to a local pharmacy that sells the whole kit (HCG, syringes, etc.) for $85. I would make some phone calls to some different doctors and pharmacies to ask for prices. If you are getting a script and having it filled at a pharmacy, the brand doesn't matter because you know it will be legit. I think your doctor is ripping you off, so I think the first step is a new doctor!

I looked up 'covenant health care' but can't find anything on the website about hcg. I started with cheap drops I found on Amazon.com, but wasn't sure they were helping much. Thank you all for your encouragement. I purchased Today's HCG drog on Amazon

for, I believe, $39 and it contains b12 in it. It does seem to help as when I DO

do it, I'm not hungry. I did it successfully for one day and lost 4 lbs!!! The

next next day I went out for lunch with my gradparents and dinner with my

cousin.... I don't know WHY I'm doing this to myself. I feel ridiculous. I'm not

so much depressed anymore, though seeing my weight I want to try. I used to

weight 220, I got down (huge struggle, took years) to 145, I wasn't happy and

started eating horribly again, got my first " real " job Teaching, and gained a

bit back. Then in June I had back surgery leaving me semi-immobile since then

and I just eat. I stepped on the scale last week and saw 202! I cried,

seriously. Now yesterday I weighed myself at 198, so that's good news, but I

just feel so lazy and don't want to cook all the food.

Another question- I was reading that the 10 drops should " dissolve " below your

tongue and their shouldn't be much to swallow, but I am feeling that after

keeping them in my mouth for sometimes an entire minute or 2 rather than 30

seconds, I feel like I'm still swallowing every drop that was under my tongue.

Is that okay? Is it normal?

Very untrue!! I myself did the drops and lost 20 lbs and was not hungry at all during p2. As for putting the weight back on that has nothing to do with which hcg product you use either but what the person who gains it back ate!! I know of at least 20 people myself who's done the drops and have keep the weight off, some for 1 year and others for 2. I think any full assumption is unfair. I have studied slit and did see several people who said the sane thing about homeopathic drips who followed everything to the letter.
