Guest guest
Yes, occasionally I have experienced burning at the injection site. I just changed locations the next time. I also agree about the loading, don't worry its only a couple days. From: <mienaweis@...>To: Sent: Thu, April 28, 2011 12:52:46 PMSubject: Question regarding injections Today is my first day and I am doing the injections. Has anyone experienced some slight burning at the injection site? Is this normal and will it get better with time? Also......I have to say eating like this (loading) is so strange..... it makes me feel fat and gross.

Guest guest
you eat until you can't hold anymore, the more fat the better, i ate almost an entire large cheesecake, this is my 3rd round so i loaded 3 days, i gained 13 pounds, it was all stuff i had not been eating, i felt miserable, today is my 3rd day in p2, last night i lost 4.8 pounds and the day before i lost 3.8, so i only have about 4 more to lose before my loading is off, i have absolutely no hunger and i have not since i started, good luck, hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones that can eat alot and not gain, i wish you the best! Guest guest
I couldn't keep eating and eating, I did chocolate milk, brats, lots of cheeses and some pasta. It was hard for me because prior to the loading I was on a pretty strict 1200 cal diet. Hope this helps From: <mienaweis@...> Sent: Thu, April 28, 2011 3:49:30 PMSubject: Re: Question regarding injections When you were doing the loading process, did you just keep eating and eating even if you weren't hungry? Guest guest
So today is my second load day and i have gained 1lb so far. I feel so nasty, but keep trying to pack it in. People around me are very use to me eating protein bars and healthy foods, but now it's been donuts and sausage/egg/cheese sandwiches and are woundering what's wrong with me. Some people asked if i was preggers.... LOL. I am also injecting ~166ui/mL and I'm thinking I should adjust it tomorrow. I keep hearing how 125ui/mL is the target number. Any suggestions or thoughts? I just hope this really works. I don't want to be eating all thins and then have nothing to show for it but more weight. :-( Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
don't worry, it'll come off, you are lucky to have only gained 1 pound, keep eating, it'll help with hunger and also have fat there for your body to work on at first, as of today i only have 1.5 pounds to go until i get my loading wt off, i am feeling good today, idid have a headache but i took 500mg of tylenol and it's going now, i take 150 of hcg in injections and that did well for me last round, i have had no hunger at all, you can adjust it down to 125 if you want, that would probably be best for you since this is your first round, keep eating and good luck, this protocol is awesome. If you stick to it and don't cheat you'll lose great, hang in > From: <mienaweis@...> > Subject: Re: Question regarding injections > > Date: Friday, April 29, 2011, 10:27 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > So today is my second load day and i have gained > 1lb so far. Guest guest
I gained 2.8 during loading and lost 4.4 by my 4th injection, so don't worry about the gain. You might want to think about eatier healthier fats than donuts, sausage, etc. though (olive oil, avocado, nuts, etc.) - it might help with the 'gross' factor of eating so much. 125 is the recommended amount, but some go higher. You should probably start with 125 and see how it goes. Michele On Fri, Apr 29, 2011 at 10:27 AM, <mienaweis@...> wrote: So today is my second load day and i have gained 1lb so far.
