I hope Doc or Ellis can answer this question for me. My blood pressure is low and always has been low..90/60. I have noticed lately that when I sit (not stand) or am still I feel lightheaded or dizzy. Is this typical for low blood pressure? What can I do? Could I be sensitive to carbs?

That is a test for low blood pressure, i.e. to be lying down and then

stand up and see if you feel dizzy. It is called a "tilt".

Sometimes that is a sign of dehydration, but of course many other factors

can cause it. Have you seen a physician about it, if not it might

be worth a workup if you are concerned about it.

Take care,

I have felt dizzy alot and had weird sensations a bit when I first started. It

sounds weird but i

actually felt like it was having a balancing effect on me. I also had light

ovulation type

cramps from time to time but have always had menstrual irregularities and I feel

that is

working itself out. For dizziness I got some organic parsley (high in

Potassium) someone

posted cant remember who. I also took some potassium pills and it helped a ton

but it is

advised not to take anything. I just felt I could and didnt get a weight loss

stall.

Okay..not that I'm glad that any of you are feeling dizzy too, I'm just

glad that I'm not crazy. It completely freaked me out this morning. I

will get some of that organic parsley...I just don't want to feel like

this anymore...but...I'm not giving up! thanks

Hi Everyone,

Today is my second day of shots - load day #2. Well, yesterday when

I gave myself the shot, I felt my muscle spas a little so I knew it

reached the muscle. Today I did not feel the spaz. I did my left

side today which was a lot harder to do since I'm right handed and

this whole general upper quadrant thing confuses me. So I'm

wondering since it didn't spaz, could it be possible it didn't

reach the muscle? Does anyone else feel a spasm? I so want to do

this right.

Anyway, I didn't feel dizzy, but I did " feel " it...like my right

side was going a little numb. Again, today I don't feel anything,

except the sting from the needle.

Well, good luck to everyone. I am so thrilled to finally found

something that I know will work and I can visualize myself in a

bikini for the first time ever!

I would say it did it just fine. I haven't felt a muscle spasm. Could

be yesterday your muscle was tense and that is why you felt something

different. StorkRN any thoughts on this?

No dizziness for me, but I did experience a little bit of

lightheadness. My own personal opinion is that you shock your a body

a bit when you start the 500 cal diet...at least psychologically

speaking. I am on my 2nd wk and so far I don't feel it anymore.

Hi Kathy,

I don't see dizziness on the list of bromide detox symptoms; but of course that list is not limited to what they list. Is she taking the companion nutrients? I would give her a salt loading and also make sure she is drinking lots of water. Best, Kathleen

Dizzy

I gave my daughter 1/2 idoral this morning. Now she's dizzy. Does she need salt or mag or both? Kathy

Im only on day three (using sublingual drops) and started feeling a bit dizzy

just before lunch. Anything to be worried about? What can I do to help minimize

the dizziness? I tried taking a small (1/3) dose of vitamin b12 suppliment and

within 10 minutes noticed a slight ringing in my ears. any connection?

Have one of your fruits for breakfast. I eat eggs whites.. I know they are not protocol but it works for me and others. Personally I have to eat within a few hours of waking up or I feel very yucko. Sent from my iPadOn Oct 24, 2011, at 6:09 PM, "Jen" <jenni223@...> wrote:

Jen,

For the dizziness, make sure that you are getting plenty of your protein and plenty of water. Myself and others I I have known have slightly increased our protein intake to avoid the dizziness.

Hi Jen,I'm on my second week. This is my 2nd round (I did one last year). Both times I felt kinda crappy the first week, then it goes away. Are you feeling really dizzy or just a little light headed? Terri Randall, our master of this blog is very knowledgeable about sublingual... check with her the dose you are taking...it may be incorrect and affecting you. Personally I wouldn't take the B12 if it's causing ringing in your ears...good luck, From: Jen <jenni223@...> Sent: Monday, October 24, 2011 6:09 PMSubject: dizzy
