Guest guest
My time of the month is coming, I am on the drops, and I want to continue diet. What do I do? And... Can someone please explain what prevents the weight from returning, because when I have occasionally cheated & weight stood still or I gained a pound & it took two days to return to where I was, my weight did not stick. Does that make sense? What makes it stay down? Thanks. Ali

I can say for myself, though, that I've been on it a month, and I did not have my monthly. I asked about it on this support group last week, and a lady told me that she hadn't had hers for three months. So, she thought maybe she was pregnant. Taking a home pregnancy test THREE times showed her " positive. " She went to the hospital to get blood tests, and it showed her " negative. " That's all can tell you on that. It's got me to wondering about taking it if it's going to mess me up on the inside like that. I wished someone new all, if any, the adverse affects of taking this product. Hope I said something that helps.
Guest guest
I wish I knew. It seems impossible to gain weight that quickly. I just started p3 this week and gained one pound each day. Monday one....Tuesday one so I did egg day. Yesterday back perfect. Today gained one. I doubled protein. I'm about ready to give up. I list 41 pounds doing everything per protocol on a 43 day cycle. It's ridiculous. Guest guest
The book says to continue the very low calorie diet, but stop taking drops during your monthly. That sounds interesting to me, it must feel just like fasting for a week.
