If you read “Pounds and inches” by Dr. Simeon, he explains in detail how the weight is gained and lost when one cheats, and I’ve found his explanation to be 100% accurate as reflected in my gains and losses over time. If you haven’t read it, download it from the internet and commit it to memory! It also addresses MTOMC in detail as well.Good luck!Texbrit789

I for one do not cheat but only added one veggie back and already removed it. With my huge success in weight loss...I do everything to the letter. Thanks though.
