How much ACV

do I need to take a day?

I too eat broc everyday and still lose.......I

usually eat a small salad, broc, and a meat for lunch then for supper I

actually eat a salad with fresh mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, tomatoes, a

small amount of boiled egg and usually grilled chicken (just the weighed

aount) and use an org salad dressing......lately I have used honey

mustard.....I am sick of the ACV, as this is my 4th round......and I

STILL LOSE!!!!!!!!! Now that's just me, so I say experiment and you'll

know wht works and what doesnt....however, no matter what I ever try it is

always organic........the only thing I stick in my mouth is organic

PERIOD......I am 70 lbs lighter and was a size 18/20 now I am a 12 and

sometimes 10.......Good Luck to all!!!!! This truly is the best thing that

has ever happened to me!!!!!!!

If you eat something that is not on the diet

and it doesn't affect your weight loss would you send me an email? If

everyone would share those things then maybe some could add a few things

to their diets. I know different foods may not affect some but really

could affect others and we should all keep that in mind because everybody's

body is different. I would enjoy trying some things that work for you on

the diet that maybe I could have too. I am going to try the noodles that I

heard about and the protein shakes. Those both would be great. I myself

have steamed broccoli every single day and it does not affect my weight

loss at all. I fix fresh and frozen and eat a nice size plate full. I am sure

this email will get a lot of criticism and that's ok because if I can see

that I can add things to my diet and still lose my pound a day then I don't

have a problem with that. We all know just because I can have broccoli does

not mean everyone can but I eat it every single day and always get my pound

loss. I also found that I can have the powder fat free creamer in my coffee

and it doesn't affect my weight loss. I use it in every cup. I also

have been drinking the General Foods International French Vanilla Cafe' sugar

free Low Calorie coffee drink mix (I get it @Wal-Mart it's in a

small metal container it's with the Cappuccino that is basically what it is.

I also use the Mocha flavor. I get it in decaffeinated and it

is GREAT for a chocolate sweet tooth. I have about 4 to 6 cups a

day with no problem. I am sure there are several people that would like

to add a few things if possible. I find it very easy with these modifications

that work for me.

Oh, I forgot to add.......since I dont like the ACV on my salad......I just drink it right before bedtime.......so I do get it in......

What is ACV? Did you do shots or sublingual? I am ready for round 2 and would like to consider sublingual. thanks for the feedback. How have you been on the other phases? Have you kept the weight

off? I’m on phase three and struggling with that….

How critical is it to NOT take ACV? I haven't been doing it and I

really DO NOT LIKE ACV, but if it will help I would do it. I'm at a

stall right now.

I prefer balsalmic vinager, I have also found that wendy's Mandarin

chicken salad works fairly well, just don't eat ALL the little

manderin oranges. I also Like Arby's " Martha's Vinyard " salad. Both

without the dressings. So if you're out around town you do have some

options.

I have had no issues with keeping the weight off........unless I eat a bunch of stuff that is not healthy or organic, for example, I moved to somewhere where there is a very limited supply of organic items......and then the hurricane came.....well we were out of electricity for about 10 days, couldnt go to the stores and such....I gained like 4 lbs for eating sandwiches made of regular bread. Other than that, I have had no problems and I eat out at least twice a week, usually mexican and usually I have the chips and salsa and a salad.....On Phase 3 you need to try to eat all meats and vegs.....nothing with starch or sugar.....eat any kind of fruit, vegs, and mat just nothing fried, unless of course you fry it with coconut oil.....if you want to venture off of the items predicates by the protocol it really is trial and error......I have found that if I

gain......the next day i try to drink extra water and less tea, for some reason that makes a difference with me and try to have protein as the last thing you eat for the day.....3-4 hours before you go to bed......

i dnt have a fixed amount.....approx 1/2 cup....whatever I would normally use in a salad

no, havent tried them since I started this protocol......I use to along time ago....havent really thought about it........I try not to take any pills or meds I dont absolutely have too....but it's worth a try.

My husband was eating Vietnamese Steak Pho. It didn't affect his weight loss at

all. I think the basil helps somewhat, too.

I first started this protocol Aug '07 and have done it 4 times and lost 70 lbs.....the last time I did it I only lost like 8-10 lbs but I still lost inches, sometimes not seeing the scale move is irritating, but I have learned to quit judging that. I org started a size 20, when I strted the last time I was a 14, now I am a 10......sometimes 12......I would like to be a 10 across the board so I am going to give it one more go.......Anyway, some folks make this into so much more than it is......don't fret, just try stuff........if you want to alter or try something different do so.......that's the only way you will know......I was sick of ACV so I started using other organic dressings and still lost......however, I do eat salad once or twice a day........I have managed to have a glass of wine and still loose.....30 day is a long time to try to eat the correct

foods ALL the time.......even when you do see the weight coming off, you feel like you are missig out on stuff and that make syou not want to stick with it as much.......I'm not telling you to go eat anyting you want.....but if you want broco, cauliflower, bell peppers or something like that to be able to change up to make you be able to make it your 30 days, eat it.......I munch on celery, broc, and calif at my desk when I am hungry inbetween meals.........I can also tell that if I don't drink all of my water I dont loose as well and if I dont eat apple I dont loose as well, dont know why on the apple but that's me......and what I have learned........anyway, I hope this has helped some people........if you eat something and you dont see a lost the next day, do better the next day and dont eat it again.....if you are doing subligual then you can do it for longer than 30 days anyway, so just jump back on the wagon and try to do better. I have never

done the shots and going 30 days on this protocol is long enough for me. I am usually ready to get off and take a break by that time. Good Luck everyone and stay with it, b/c it does work!
