biking and walking/summer heat

Lilli and : You are so lucky that you can bike. I love to ride

but I must ride a stationary bike because of my balance. If I could

ride sideways that would be great 'cause that's how my body wants to

go!!!! I have found also that walking in the morning betw. 6am-8 am

is the best time--depending on my work schedule. Of course, I can

bike anytime because I do it inside. I have been " riding " with the

history channel and the discovery channel to I'm learning while

exercising and I don't get bored that way either. Good luck with
