Guest guest
Sharon and friends, My balance seems to be most affected by the quality of sleep I get. It seems that I sleep better in the winter, so balance is good. Summers, I get a different sleep - shorter, due to the longer light, and I guess I am more active then, so balance is something I have to pay more attention to then. It seems, for me, anyway, that my balance, good balance or not so good, is connected to the natural rhythyms of the seasons. In the summertime, I do nap in the afternoons, in a dark room with an eyeshade, because my balance is also connected to my sleep. What a balancing act, huh? The reason I posed the question originally is because my neurologist asked me the question first and I had never given it much thought.
