You need to check the ingredients. some mustards have sugars in one form or

another and or modified food starches. Those would not be o.k. As long as it

is simply vinegar, mustard, salt then it's fine.

I know mustard powder is ok but is dijon mustard ok on P2

I noticed it says sugar way down listed ,but in the ingredients information it says sugars 0I can't imagine it would make a difference if it says 0 carbs, 0 sugar. the main ingredients say mustard , salt , vinegar.

Wrong... you have to check not only the nutritional panel but

the ingredient list. If it lists sugar anywhere, you don't want to use it,

period. There are plenty of mustards with no sugar whatsoever. Why would you

want to use one that has it at all?
