Guest guest
Hi there,I am assuming you are still taking HCG and are in phase 2. If so, you do not do any steak days in phase 2. Steak days are for phase 3 ONLY. The best thing to do is adhere to the original Dr Simeon's diet (not trudeau's) and drink alot of water AND do not underestimate the power of getting 10 hrs sleep and taking naps. This helps break plateaus and lets go of more fat.Let me know if you have more questions, andra S. andra Nutt, M.A.Mill Valley, CALife Coach/CounselingLife Transitions, Relationships, Spiritual Emergence, Life PathHolistic Health Consultant/HCG CoachAsk me how to lose 30-40 pounds in 40 days! From: Michele McInnes <michele65@...> Sent: Wed, April 27, 2011 8:53:55 AMSubject: Sick of this stall! I am only doing a 26 day round this time, and made sure to start AFTER my period to avoid this. I know this will eventually 'correct', but I'm on day 19 so don't have many days left to shed additional weight. Guest guest
Hi, yes I'm on Phase 2. I know that steak day is for Phase 3 according to protocol, but I found references on many sites saying that people have found that steak day's help them break stalls in Phase 2 (I didn't go over portion size/calories - just stuck to beef/tomato). I figured since the apple day didn't work, and I didn't want my stall to last as long as it did in my first round, that I would give it a try. I know more sleep would be helpful for weight loss, but with 3 kids and working full-time it just doesn't always happen. I drink tons of green tea and water. I'll just keep plugging along and hope that I manage to lose some more fat before this round is through. Thanks! Guest guest
It is not a good idea to do variations on the original Simeon's protocol. Stay focused and only do what is on the original protocol. Variations on the hcg program don't work for everyone. I never had to do tricks or change up the program and I lost 29 pounds and 30 inches on the 43 day protocol then 15 pounds on the 23 day protocol. Guest guest
Hi, I have been in the group for about a month but always run out of time to post anything. However, I did want to mention that I am an HCG Distributor of the Homeopathic Drops & sell the 4oz bottles for $50 plus shipping.
