What about exercise with CMT? Please

o No exercise for me, I feel it will make my CMT worse

o I do regular exercise 2-3 times a week for an hour

o I do regular exercise in short increments of 20 minutes to 1/2 hour, 2-3

times a week

o I am too sedentary and need help in finding exercises I can do.

o I bike, swim horseride, ski, surf, golf or other sport for exercise
