artificial sweeteners are part of the reason we gain excessive amounts of weight. they are highly counter to the simeon's protocol. you must learn to do without them during and after the protocol or you will gain back the weight. i don't drink sodas at all anymore- with one exception "zevia" which i would never have on p2 or p3. It is sweetened with stevia which will not adversely affect your metabolism once you are back to regular eating. the other alternative is to drink carbonated water with added lemon and lime and stevia - your own version of 7up.read about aspartame, for instance to see why it is legal when it is a carcinogenic ingredient that also causes weight gain. also look into the fact that donald rumsfeld is the person who made sure it was passed

by the FDA eventhough it is extremely toxic and deadly to the body and has been known to cause neurological problems at best (ms, parkinson's) and cancer at worse.this is one food (and anything else diet) you need to give up if you want to get healthy and live a long life.best, alexandra S. andra Nutt, M.A.Mill Valley, CALife Coach/CounselingLife Transitions, Relationships, Spiritual Emergence, Life PathHolistic Health Consultant/HCG CoachAsk me how to lose 30-40 pounds in 40 days! From: <mienaweis@...> Sent: Sat, April 30, 2011 12:49:49 PMSubject: Diet Soda........ can have or can't?
