HCG and Vitamin B-12

I started HCG diet today. I noticed the bottle I purchased has NO vitamin B-12

in it. So, I purchased the B-12 drops, to go under the tongue as well. Does

anyone know whether or not this can be mixed with the HCG and took together?

If not taken together, how far apart from the HCG does it need to be taken?

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi, I should have introduced myself! I'm Carolyn and I am on Day 2 of Round 2,

low calorie days. I have severe thyroid issues, so am pleased with my results.

In Round 1, I lost 17 lbs in 21 days. I don't want to go too long on the low

calorie part of it because of my thryroid issues, so am very, very pleased with

this loss. I kept 15 off during maintenance.

As for taking meds with my HCG (I'm using homeopathic), I must take my thyroid

upon waking with only water and cannot take anything, or eat anything else, for

one full hour. I then take my HCG and wait another 30 minutes. I have my coffee

and take my vitamins (multi, calcium and Vitamin D). I take my B-12 (soluble

under tongue) before lunch, before the drops..waiting about 15 minutes before I

do my HCG drops. I take my cholesterol meds and Topamax (migraine sufferer, this

is a daily med) at night before bed and do not take any HCG at bedtime.

I've been incredibly fortunate, as I've not had even ONE migraine since

beginning HCG! Not even a vague headache! I was very concerned, as I usually

suffer at least two or three a month! I'm amazed!!!! On the other hand, I

wouldn't hesitate to take my Maxalt if one attacked me.

It is my understanding that my regular meds are okay, with the exception of my

" fish oil " supplements, which I avoid while on HCG.
