The only thing is, their program is not exactly like Simeons protocol. I listened to what they had to say, paid for my hCG and went on my way knowing that I am going to follow Simeons to the letter!!! I have my hCG in hand and am ready to start tomorrow, June 2nd. My husband wanted to join me in the gorge portion of this so we're saving it for Saturday and Sunday. It's gonna be a rainy weekend here in South Florida so we're gonna eat, nap, watch movies and ... well .. enough said. You get the picture!! LOL!! We'll all be pretty much on target for starting at the same time! I'll be here for moral support as I know you all will be too!!! Best of luck in shedding those unwanted pounds and may we never see them again!!! Just a quick question for all of you in or past Phase 2 ... You take your hCG every day for 45 days, correct? Transformations only administers them 5 days/week and I asked for 7 days/week and they gave it to me. Also, can anyone tell me the difference between injecting in muscle and injecting in fat (stomach)??? I'd like to know the diff cuz the place I went to gave me needles for injecting into the stomach and I really don't want to wait to get different needles. You are definitely my hero!!!! But, what's more amazing ... 20 INCHES!!!!!! Holy cr*p!!! You must look totally re-shaped! That's a LOT of inches!!! I can't wait to see pics!!! I have to ask .. as one 48 yr old to another ... how's your skin? Any hanginess??? That's my biggest fear ... the hangy skin! And funny you should say that about your skin. Even though I've only taken hCG since last Saturday, I have already noticed that I don't need any moisturizer after my shower! Plus almost 2 years ago the birth of my son. I've had a weight issues since almost 4years old. (I definetly fit siemons description) for genetic malfunction! Anyways I was scared to death of the sagging skin becoming more of an issue but it seems like I can see my belly almost lifting if that makes sense. I will be able to tell more when 20-30 lbs come off but I'm hoping it will fix all my sagging skin issues. That's the only reason I haven't posted pics for now. I can definetly already see a change in the way my body looks. You have had great results too! I feel great. I have also noticed a Big increase in my sense of smell like pregnancy too. I think the antimicrobial wash is slowing my weightloss down a little. Cause I had 3 no loss days this week, although I did manage to still lose 7lbs. Infact things are tighter and the cellulite is leaving the building I mean bod! Hasn't left completely but it seems to be doing a mass exodus. So do not worry about that at all! Wait till you see for yourself you're going to be stoked. The only hanging you'll be having is with your friends. As far as a shower filter, I didn't get one cause I have three huge shower heads and there isn't any filter to fit them. My naturopath says that one is really important though! I tested my tap water and found it contains pesticides probably from the lawns.Its in everyone's water thats why I'd like to invest in a reverse osmosis system for my house but haven't parted with the moola for that yet. My doctor also says that cleaning products As far as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, deoderant & makeup, no moisturizer, I use the following: Magick Botanicals Shampoo & conditioner, Organics, Tom's lavender deoderant (which works great) & bare minerals makeup. I wish there was a oil free sunscreen out there, I don't like not using one, that certainly leads to shoe leather skin! So I've been trying to limit my sun time which isn't easy during the summer. But its only for 3 more weeks then again for 3 to 6 weeks starting in Mid August. I remember the days of slathering on baby oil and using a sun reflector to sizzle. Have a great weekend too! Hazel has to do that for me as I do not have the strength in my hands to do so. My doc has to cover all the bases in prescribing more pain killers for me as anyone taking OxyContin and Percocets are watched like a hawk. Folks that misuse the drugs have made it very hard for those of us that require them for the rest of our lives. I have one young pharmacist at our regular pharmacy who makes me wait up until one day before my refill date to pick up my OxyContin which usually means an extra trip into Medicine Hat and with the cost of fuel today it is an extra burden on us financially. We try and get our stuff done and only have to go in about once a week or even two weeks. I had to use the van a week and a half ago and it took 20 bucks of gas per round trip into The Hat. I blew through a hundred bucks so quickly it made my head spin. I am also having more nerve involvement in my Lumbo Sacral Spine with bowel and bladder problems which is not a good sign at all. Aleve is a good aspirin free NSAID, I'm taking two tablets/twice a day after 30 years of Indocin (which started causing intestinal problems) It has anti-inflammation properties and pain relief. A stronger NSAID is Indocin. Advil is a pain reliever, but does not do anything about swelling/inflammation. Don't know or remember why I thought it would not do anything for swelling/inflammation. Maybe it is because I take it for headache pain and had stopped taking it for my AS pain long ago. I did take ibuprofen (motrin) many years ago....before I had to go to the Indocin and other things. Aleve (naproxen), at two tablets/twice daily, seems to be almost as effective as the Indocin was, and it hasn't caused my IBD to flare up...like the Indocin was doing. I try to decrease the dose on " good? " days. I take vicodin pretty regular...it has tylenol in it...which at high doses...can effect the liver. I have regular blood tests....for kidney/liver functions. Don't tell them your just trying them out, and don't let them get medical records from your doctors - get them yourself and transfer them to the new doctors. Numerous opinions and new faces can bring about physical miracles. 1. I do not trust most doctors and have dumped at least a hundred over the last 30 years - I have had some minor ailments and drug reactions - they did not have the correct approach - after a few to many visits I decided they are jerks. 2. The last batch of doctors I dumped include a gp, a physicians assistant, a urologist including his stupid physicians assistant, 3 dermatologists, 2 internal medicine dr's, 4 infectious disease dr's, 2 Rheumatologists, a physical medicine doctor / pain doctor (I told him I hurt all over - he offered me physical therapy ??? for what - every part of my body. I still need an Internist or Family Practice doctor with some brains. 90 percent of doctors can't apply medicine / with their god given caring powers (like your mom had) and get you fixed. Stay away from any clinics and doctors that care do welfare people - they ar bottom suckers. 3. Make sure you do not tell the doctors that you are seeing other doctors for the same thing. 4. Pneumonia can, and often does kill you. Get it once - you better clear it up. Get back you must clear it up. Get it the 3rd time & you are probably going to die - these are old traditional hand me down statistics from my family care givers - I had 27 aunts & uncles - they would now be over 110 years old - they knew how to take care of most of your ailments better than the 90% of doctors I talk about. All I've been through physically, mentally and now just gone through a divorce....God is more REAL to me than ever before. We have meaningful times together now and I've seen true miracles from it. After over dosing last year, I had no where to go but up and I've been going higher and higher ever day. God Bless You All! Guest guest Posted September 23, 2011 Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 I just finished my R1 D30 so no drops for me today, I will see how the 3 days goes, then start P3, it is a little scary. I hope I am not too hungry on the 3 days with no drops with the 500 calories. I started at 210.2 & this morning 193.7, So I lost 16.5 on the vegeterian diet. Most people who eat meat do better. Wld u freeze it? I'm on R2 day 7, down 5lbs. I have Sjogrens also and wonder what it effects. I have made some drastic changes lately in my diet and I am seeing some results. I went to a Naturopathic doctor and she listened to me for 2 1/5 hours. Doing a modified fast a couple days a week has really helped with the food cravings. And my dry mouth has improved.
