Guest guest
Hi all, I hope you do not mind me posting this off topic question to the list. The support group that I belong to here in Eastern, PA has fizzled out. The founding moms kids are now older and they are burnt out. Some of us moms with the younger kids want to start a new group. For any of you who may have started a group, what was involved? Any suggestions for someone new at this? You may email me privately, Carole deinnopa@... Guest guest
Hello JD, Perhaps some of the leaders of other CMT support groups through the CMTA might be a helpful resouce. While I am not certain of your exact geographical region and surroundings, why not put notices in the newspapers and maybe also the local radio stations? Support groups take time. Even with our email group - that has taken time...and soon we will celebrate our 4th birthday! If Krista is still with the CMTA, maybe she can help and give you better guidelines than this feeble attempt of mine. Great news about you working the MDA phones on Monday! ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Oh , if it would be that easy. When you're a highschooler, & want to be " invisible " posting in the paper just sounds like he'd freak to me, but I'll ask him. Kathy > > Why not start a support group?
