Sural Nerve Biopsy with complicattions

Has anyone had a sural never biopsy with complications? I had the

biopsy at Mayo Clinic 11 days ago. Besides the swelling (which I

think is normal for right now), the outside of my foot and heel are

totally numb, and I have electric-like shocks that run from the top

of the incision all the way into my toes. Is this common? Will it go

away in time? If anyone has experience with this and could share it,

I'd be grateful. Thanks.
