Guest guest Posted September 25, 2011 Report Share Posted September 25, 2011 I am having a very hard time staying on the 500 calories. I get so bored with just eating a plain piece of steak, chicken, or fish with plain veggies. I have receipe books for this phase but don't have time to do all the fancy cooking. Can someone please tell me how they prepare their protein portions to make it more inviting? I really need to get my weight down and I need help.
