Guest guest Posted February 2, 2011 Report Share Posted February 2, 2011 I am not close to my goal; at least another 20 to go, ideally I would like 35, but am not sure if this diet will "allow" me to go that low as it is my understanding hcg does not let you go below your ideal weight. I have not been hungry and weak. Could use a bit more sleep, but that it is always true. Stress is huge in my career, so nothing new. I do think I am losing inches. I have not measured because time is at a premium in my life, but clothes are fitting better, and I am able to fit into ones I couldn't before. I did have a loss today, so I am learning towards my cycle being the culprit. Is this your first round? How much have you lost? All these questions play into it, i am very close to my goal so i am still losing but a little at a time, i think a couple of days ago i lost a pound but normally it is .4 or .6.
