Hi I'm Chrissie. I've been looking into and researching hcg for months now and

have finally decided to get started. It almost seemed to good to be true so I

was a bit skeptical. After seeing two friends lose high number of weight on it,

I've decided to get started. My first question to you is about loading. Give

me your top loading foods that help the process be more successful. I was told

greasy foods are the best way to go. I'm going to Krispy Kreme and I work at

the Cheesecake Factory so I'm pretty much set there. Any specifics that you

might like to share? Thanks!! :)
