Guest guest
, I'm not sure the experience is universal. Typically people feel " fuller " from protein and starches rather than veggies. The requirement is to eat a serving with at least two meals. If you are feeling full and have no desire to eat more later then feel free to eat a more modest serving of vegetables such as a small salad and/or portion of veggies. I look at it as a guilt free way of eating more for those who would like larger portions.. Remember I'm not talking about food on the carb list, so most of these veggies are pretty light. I recognize that your experience may differ. It is okay but not required to eat an endless salad and/or veggies. Kit

Guest guest
If you are having cabbage AND tomatoes - you are mixing vegetables. Try only one vegetable per meal and don't skip the fruit. Good luck. > > After reviewing some of the hcg recipes I noticed that they will often call for 100 grams > (about 1 cup) of a vegetable or 1 tomato. You CAN mix vegetables. This is misinterpreted by many. I finished Phase 2 a little over 3 weeks ago and was very sucessful. I mixed vegetables often. If anything... I would be careful to make sure you eat AT LEAST 500 calories daily. Simeons was very specific on this and found that less or more did not work as well. I lost more lbs in the first 3 weeks than the last 3, however... body fat measurements showed that I lost as much fat in the last three weeks... just not as much H2O. I lost pretty consistently for 2 week... then slowly for the next 2 and then went up and down by 1-2 lbs a day for the last 2. I find that you really can vary by retaining water. Just don't get discouraged. Keep on keeping on!
Guest guest
Hi! Just wanted to let you know that tomato is a fruit, not a vegetable. I am losing nearly .8 each day, and my favorite thing to eat is, chicken, onion and tomato. And I am still losing! Good luck! > > > > If you are having cabbage AND tomatoes - you are mixing > vegetables. > > Try only one vegetable per meal and don't skip the fruit. > > Good luck. > > > > > > > Review KT's book and Simeons protocol.... Guest guest
In response to this: " Just wanted to let you know that tomato is a fruit, not a vegetable. " Who cares, know it all. It's in the book as a vegetable. I'm so hungry right now I could eat my darn arm. Seriously. > > > > > > If you are having cabbage AND tomatoes - you are mixing > > vegetables. > > > Try only one vegetable per meal and don't skip the fruit. > > > Good luck. > > > > > > > > > > > > Review KT's book and Simeons protocol....
