Hi ,It has been an interesting process for me as I was terrified of needles before I started the protocol. I have done three rounds with injections and have pretty much gotten over the whole needle thing. (You think? LOL! :) Its just that I get tired of the injections and the whole process of having to inject myself and was wondering if there was a less invasive way to do this.I have been going through a learning curve. I actually did very well and have had a bit of a set back since. I started at 250 and went down to 170. But I can certainly say that the whole "eat whatever you want" aspect of the protocol is not true. LOL I have gained about 25 pounds back since. It did heal my hypothalamus as I don't have those insane physical

cravings for food like I did before. But now I have to deal with the mental cravings for food, which I never realized I even had until the real physical cravings subsided. This of course cannot be healed by any medication on the planet as it is all in your mind. I can definitely say that I can lose weight quickly now... before, no matter what I did (count calories, work out like an animal, etc.) I couldn't lose a single pound. So through all of the ups and downs, I can say that YES, the protocol works... but NO, its not magic and you have to continue to watch what you eat and exercise to maintain the results after you are done. You also have to battle and beat the "mental craving beast" 'cuz if you don't, you are back to square one. :(Take care...Rick :) Sublingual HCG - Need recipe and advice...Hey everyone...I am considering switching the last leg of my protocol from injection to sub lingual. I have been looking for sub lingual recipes and I need some advice. Some people use alcohol (as in vodka) to dilute the hcg... others use a mix of colloidal silver and b12. Are either of these better or more effective? I would rather steer clear of alcohol if possible. Also, if someone could pass on to me a recipe for sub lingual that worked for them, I would be most appreciative! I have some information on youtube on how to mix sub lingual and sometimes it is hard for me to follow

a video as I am more of a reading/visual type of person. I also have to admit that I am a little hesitant to go on the sub lingual as I am not sure if will be as effective as the injected protocol. Any thoughts on this? Thanks so much!Rick :) Making the world a better place one message at a time. Check out the i'm Talkathon.
