they are even better.

Aussie .

if that fails I use Kalma.

And, there is also the Magnesium product to help with sleep. www.naturalcalm.net Any liquid form of Magnesium can be helpful. So can a nice cup of chamomile or passion flower tea. And, then there is 5-htp amino acid.

Sleeplessness in some. Improved sleep in a few.The individual I know who is on LDN reports that 1mgmelatonin seems to be highly compatible as a sleep aid, taken 2 hrs before bedtime. Mild antihistamines of thediphenhydramine type also seem to work well.I am not aware of any reasons why Ambien and LDN wouldinterfere with one another. I would be cautious of anyconstant use of Ambien, whether by itself or with LDN. There is a risk of habituation.Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com.

In the same light, would Valerian Root work as a sleep aid. I have not been able to sleep since Friday, when I first began taking LDN.ThanksGet a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com.

this really proves that LDN reacts differently with each individual!! some sleep like logs, some dream vivid dreams, some don't sleep!! it's according to the metabolism, no doubt about it!!

Have you considered talking to your doctor about reducing the size of dose of LDN you are taking?

MJH: Did that. He said insomnia are part of the side effects. I knew that because he would not prescribe LDN until I conducted my own net research. foxhillers@... wrote: Have you considered talking to your doctor about reducing the size of dose of LDN you are taking? mjh Posted by: " Hawthorne" wendy.hawthorne@... wendy.hawthorne Tue Jul 24, 2007 5:21 am (PST) MJH:I have had no sleep for three days. There's this great stuff called RESCUE SLEEP from the Bach flowers people. People with ms should not take 5-htp. I take 5-htp without it I'd never sleep.cyndiOn Jul 24, 2007, at 7:48 AM, foxhillers@... wrote:And, there is also the Magnesium product to help with sleep.  www.naturalcalm.net  Any liquid form of Magnesium can be helpful.  So can a nice cup of chamomile or passion flower tea.  And, then there is 5-htp amino acid. mjh Sleeplessness in some.
