Guest guest
And, there is also the Magnesium product to help with sleep. www.naturalcalm.net Any liquid form of Magnesium can be helpful. So can a nice cup of chamomile or passion flower tea. And, then there is 5-htp amino acid. mjh Sleeplessness in some. Improved sleep in a few.The individual I know who is on LDN reports that 1mgmelatonin seems to be highly compatible as a sleep aid, taken 2 hrs before bedtime. Mild antihistamines of thediphenhydramine type also seem to work well.I am not aware of any reasons why Ambien and LDN wouldinterfere with one another. I would be cautious of anyconstant use of Ambien, whether by itself or with LDN. There is a risk of habituation.Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com. Guest guest
MJH: Did that. He said insomnia are part of the side effects. I knew that because he would not prescribe LDN until I conducted my own net research. foxhillers@... wrote: Have you considered talking to your doctor about reducing the size of dose of LDN you are taking? mjh Posted by: " Hawthorne" wendy.hawthorne@... wendy.hawthorne Tue Jul 24, 2007 5:21 am (PST) MJH:I have had no sleep for three days.
